A useful order of operations
- Machine the service-dock coupon. Measure repeated location before automating anything.
- Build a single folded leaf / hinge / synchronizer coupon. Lock, cycle, contaminate and load it without people underneath.
- Test one coated sorbent fin and then a full cassette. Measure actual collected water, electric input and thermal input separately.
- Build a four-carrier farm cell using qualified water. Prove the dirty-to-clean reset and maintenance transaction, not only a harvest clip.
- Integrate at a staffed prototype court. Track resource balances and every intervention. Do not represent a loop as closed while imports and waste remain hidden.
What you can reproduce
Every engineering page includes public scene JSON, component evidence, a materials / interface narrative and a downloadable prototype record. Geometry is authored for explanation in meters, not fabrication-ready CAD. Load, pressure, food-contact, electrical and building qualification remain professional engineering work.
No invisible purchases
Prototype costs are planning allowances with exclusions, not live supplier quotes or a sales price. This project has not purchased hardware or validated a physical machine. Begin with inexpensive coupons and use measured results to release the next experiment.
